Conteplating Changes...

Hi World

As I sit here enjoying the last whole week of my summervacation I think about the changes in my life.

This fall is different from last fall because my big boy is starting 1st grade, he graduated pre-school this year and in just a couple of weeks time he will be sitting in the school with his books and his pensilcase and all his new things along with his little friends and embarking upon this all new experience. I cannot believe how big he is!

Kapitola has already moved up to the next class at the pre-school, she's now on "sóley" which is the second class in this preschool. all the classes have flowernames, it's very cute :) the littlest ones go to Gleymérey(forgetmenot) at the age of two, then they go to Sóley (small yellow flowers I'm not sure what are called) when they are three, and then Smári (clover) at four, and Engjarós (some sort of a wild rose I think) is the last class at age five. Kapitola is very excited having started Sóley, she's feeling so much older now that she's not in the group of youngest children there, she just loves to "take care of" the younger ones. she's such a little mommy :)

Myself, I'm not sure what my course will be this winter, I will know more next week, weather I can start the hairdresser studies right away or if I need another semester before I can start it to finish the last few preperation classes I have left. which would suck! I am truly hoping I can just take those two classes (biology something rather and math(trig maybe?) ) along with the hairdresser courses but I'm not sure because this biology class I still haven't done is somewhat important to get accepted into the course itself. then I have some gym, some english, and a third language to complete (I'm thinking German or Italian, or maybe Spanish) but then that will just have to be determined :)

So if I get into the course I'm looking at a 40 hour week at school and homework to boot, but if I have to finish the preperation classes first I'm maybe going to be in 5-6 classes which is about 12-16 hours a week... So depending on how that will go I might get a part time job at some store or something just to bring in some extra cash...

On that note I'm also a bit worried about the extra money I have to pay if I do get into the hairdresser course rightaway, because the (material charges is the word google translator supplies me with but it's the money for the supplies I need to use in school like haircolor and wigs and such) are so high, but then again that would mean one less semester before I can start working full time... ugh, I just hope it all goes smooth whatever direction it will end up in...

Love you all

Zi

Yes it's difficult to know what I want to do but now I'm pretty sure hairdressing is what I'm going for :) - I got the news today - I GOT IN! - I'm in the hairdresser program now and will start the whole hairblowing/cutting/coloring and such next week WOOHOO! So now things seem to be pretty settled for the winter :)
